PUK D2

“Processing of alloys at different levels still accompanies us in the production process. Even when adhering to the technological process to the maximum extent, we come across situations that are usually unsolvable at a certain phase of production.”

“For these reasons, I have been looking for a device that can quickly and efficiently refine or repair metal frameworks. In 2012, I purchased PUK D2 and attended training at Lampert in Germany. Within a short time, we appreciated simple operation with perfect results in our dental laboratory. Every dental technician knows situations, where a metal framework is not 100% for various reasons. Even a milled framework can look amazing on a gypsum model, but the result in the dentist’s office is a “surprise”. From the extensive list, I mention the most common – porosity, dental bridge deformation, missing retention, margins, contact points, broken frameworks and their retaining elements, etc. We are still discovering new ways to solve nearly hopeless situations that would normally require a new framework or complete denture. It must be said that we do not make dentures with the idea of potential endless repairs. But for a fraction of the cost of the framework and in several minutes, we were able to solve the problem even shortly before the placement. In the flood of various laboratory equipment with often inadequate price compared to their efficiency, PUK D2 is indispensable for our workplace. Take my recommendation to use the device as an option to eliminate the considerable stresses that accompany us in this field.”
